German Art Deco / Bauhaus Era Enameled Cigarette Box textile to frame with a raffia loop already

whose work is represented in the British Museum

I'm always opening old books in hopes of finding drawings inside

with just a bit of wear to the box on one side and the bottom

I think the patterns on them are pretty great

German Art Deco / Bauhaus Era Enameled Cigarette Box textile to frame with a raffia loop alreadyA super smart looking box with Art Deco style design on the lid, originally made to house cigarettes. C. 1930s German (marked on one side.), black and gold enamel over chrome I believe, and conceivably with an interior wooden lining, but I'm not sure. These seem to be pretty coveted things, which I can definitely understand! 3 3 16" w x 3 5 8" d x 1 1 2" t. Some light scratches to the enamel and wear to the bottom of the interior, but overall good
