but I've looked and looked and not found another like this one

I understand from the seller I bought this from that it was found on Cape Cod, and I can almost picture its maker R. C. Reynolds it looks to me gathering and arranging these shells in order to draw them. Lovely. Sold as found under glass in the period frame found it in, which shows a few chips
