Higher Plot Smith & Evans Vintage English Sparkling 2018 Gattinara From the lesser known Spanish

From the lesser known Spanish region of Jumilla comes this super rich and concentrated red

Great In Their Own Right:  For centuries Rhone reds were used to improve the colour of weedy Bordeaux and Burgundy wines

which allow grapes to slowly ripen and develop complex fruit flavours

rich and super sophisticated - if you love the great white Burgundies of France

but also amazing for just sipping in front of the fireplace on a cold wintery evening
