The triple distilled, unpeated new make spirit was matured in Oloroso sherry casks for 17 years. This beautifully balanced and elegant whisky has soft notes of pear, toffee, sweet malt and toasted almond flavours on the palate. One of just 1772 bottles released at 49. 2% abv.
