and a rare one: a very sweet old turned wood box with terrific galloping red horse on top and roulette wheel inside

Carved Pine Folk Art Head with Beard and Turban waiter joke I think the female nudeI love how the grain of the pine gives some wave to this guy's beard, who looks most of all like a worldly ship captain to me, with a turban suggesting a Middle Eastern one. Of a substantial size, with a great presence, and good all the way around I think, with some nice warming to the surface of the pine. 6 7 8" t x 4 1 4" w x 6" d and in terrific condition, with at least some age to it for sure.
