Blue Jay, Lovely c. 1900 Framed Watercolor marble fruit I can’t quite figure out

I can’t quite figure out what the one with stylized writing on the front is meant to say—if you can decipher it

With a wooden structure visible from underneath and ornamentation/details I'd guess done mostly in balsa wood and assorted scraps

Playful with his tongue extended--and meaning that any liquid poured into the vessel would come spilling out the mouth

(maybe best as watercolors, really so handsome!) The little puff or soft green at the top of the branch, and the perfectly hand lettered "Blue Jay" at bottom really make this one for me. 8 7 8" x 7", framed as found. Sight 5 5 8" x 3 7 8". Watercolor in very good condition, with a bit of roughness to the surface of the frame at the centers of the crosses, as documented,
