All-in Concrete Gravel (20mm [¾"] all-in) Blinding 5% lime are best reservedA blend of sand and gravel aggregate, also known as all in ballast or mixed ballast. It requires only the addition of a cement (e. g. ordinary Portland Cement) and water to make concrete. It is also used for pipe bedding haunching and surrounding material (the exact all in material used will depend on the nature of the pipe). Complies with BSEN 12620.
