Our first encounter was during one of the coldest week's of the year

Bighorn sheep

but I wanted to bring the viewer to a place just as beautiful

Inspired by a recent sunset I watched this past January

I imagine the team skirting the edge of perhaps a spring fed creek which is shown down in the lower left. The dogs are kicking up the freshly fallen snow as they cut a new trail. As I imagine the feeling of the cool air and the illuminated landscape of their surroundings, I'm brought to a state of complete happiness.
