Payne Model 200 Fly Rod 8' 3/2 #4/5 8'9" The hook-keeper is very securelyA nice EF Payne model 200 bamboo fly rod, 8', 3 piece, 2 tip, for what feels to me like a #5 or perhaps even a #4. The rod was reconditioned by John Bradford in April 1997 and used sparingly since. All sections are full length and the ferrules fits are tight. The wrap colors are the correct brown with yellow edges and a band of purple at the keeper and male ferrules. The varnish work is superb. As mentioned I would rate this as a slowish #5 or
