Another example that some of the most amazing things in the world are also some of the tiniest is this vintage Chinese hand-carved walnut featuring tiny depictions of  monks

with a hand-blown dome and a lacquered wooden base

with quite a history on it and many good years of use in it yet

but I think they make sweet companions
