The rod weighs 6. 7 ounces on my scale. This rod feels to me faster than the run of the mill Montanas. The rod has seen very modest careful use, just a bit of hand soiling to the grip and the start of a casting crack at the female ferrule wrap. Tiger stripe flamed and done with three up nodes. The usual fantastic T&T varnish. Very light tan
