The grapes are fermented in stainless steel with daily punching down for maximum extraction of colour and tannins. The wine is matured in old French oak barrels for 12 months before bottling. Aromas of black plum, redcurrant and blackberry on the nose. These rich fruit aromas follow onto the palate along with a hint of spice. The sweetness of the ripe fruit is balance by the soft
