with the lemon verbena keeping the dried-fruit-like raisin and date aromas and the taste balanced and fresh – a nice blend of flavours and textures

Distilled in December 2013 and matured in a refill hogshead before being bottled in May 2024 at a cask strength of 59. 5% abv. Aromas of dark chocolate and salted caramel are complimented by earthy truffle, walnut, vanilla, crme brle and saline undertones. There's a spicy finish with ginger, cloves and a lingering saltiness.
