Hagoromo means feathered which describes the shape of the leaves. Hanezu hagomoro is a bright sunny yellow with rays of orange in the spring. In summer the leaves turn a pleasing light green and finally in fall turn yellow. Hanezu hagoromo is upright and somewhat narrow in form like the other hagomoro Acers. Growth to about 6 in 10 years. Rare and unusual.
