this vase feels rather like a second generation AbEx painting

9 1/2" tall x 5 1/2" long x 3 1/2" wide and in great condition

with yellow eyes and brown for the interior of the ears

and have not found another out there quite like it

Six Links Carved Whimsy Chain blue green scarab maybe 1920s or soI never tire of these carved whimsy chains, as even carving a two link chain seems like a miracle to me, and even fairly simple ones have their own distinct personalities. I like the rustic ness of this one and its relatively large and fat links; it feels a bit more like one carved by a prisoner than an end of the day leisurely whittler! 5 3 4" long x 1 1 16" wide x 5 16" thick. Definitely with some age, but no notable cracks or splits. A nice one
