I found it stuck into a charming 19th century embroidered pin cushion that I purchased a few months ago at an antique shop

Bisque with graphic black details as well as a faint orange stain on its beak and webbed feet

and based on a little research late 18th century or seems about right

It seems the name of its owner

and which someone very diligently collected to have all 25 that were issued

Satisfying (and Infinitely Useful) Pair of Turned Columns in Old White Paint wallmounted I found it stuck intoJust a beautiful old pair of turned wooden columns in old white paint, which shows a sort of white gray now that's just right and makes them feel all the more classical. Useful as pedestals, or topping with a board to make a platform, or just as lovely sculptural things. Very nice. 11 3 16" t x 3 1 16" w + d and in very good, nicely aged condition with some darkening to the paint as evident, all to the good I think. They stand sturdy and square. Sold
