but also because it teems with an the aura and patina of a thing that that was important to a place

and a couple of large cracks to the paint along the left edge

and with his front legs jointed at the knees he can't stand up straight (though he will balance on his own if resting on a knee)--so I'm not entirely sure what this very sweet old horse was made for

This one has no moving parts, but I have a special love for "architectural" sorts of whimsies like this, and this one seems almost as if it should exist inside of a bottle, with that excellent crown like top poking out as a stopper and so it invokes a nice presence absence sort of dynamic. Stands on its own, with a nice warm dry wood patina, pine I believe. 8 3 4" x 1 3
