Mint, un cast condition. Medium fast to fast action, but slightly slower than most of my 3 piece rods. All my "Spinoza" rods are built from Pre Embargo cane and have Payne style pressed nodes, as well as a Payne style flamed and oven temper cane that gives it a rich chestnut color.
