Our very own short crust pastry baked to perfection and filled with whole egg vanilla bean diplomat (a light and creamy custard) topped with all seasonal mixed berries. If you have a preference on specific fruit please let us know. *our pastry bases are lined with a thin layer of white chocolate before filling to ensure they stay crisp, if you do not want this please just ask.
