This species is more of a winter grower and should be kept drier in high heat

so you don't have to worry about it stinking up your house (lots of Stapeliads smell like rotting meat)

The flowers are just a few millimeters wide but it flowers regularly during the warmer months unlike a lot of the showier Stapeliads that bloom once a year or so. People tend to shy away from Stapeliads because of their reputation for being rot prone, but actually they are simple to grow. Give lots of light, but protect from hot afternoon sun in summer.
