I started to dig into it--there are a number of different names that appear
and that this brush was for cleaning the spokes of an old bike
which appears to read Parker and Wood on front and perhaps a note about location on the back
I am not sure the maker of this vintage pottery vase--signed "Handmade in Norway" and numbered on the bottom--but am sure it date to the mid 20th c
I know this was found in an old barn in Vermont
